What you will do

• Manage multiple large-scale, cross-product, and diverse projects and programs.
• Lead projects and programs from inception to delivery and closure, guiding the full project life cycle.
• Manage dedicated project and program teams in a matrix environment, optimizing resource allocation.
• Drive licensee satisfaction by delivering quality outcomes and maintaining transparent communication.
• Own the end-to-end project plan, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to licensees and internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, leading large-scale, multi-product projects in software delivery.
• Experience working with international, customer-facing projects and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, practices, and tools (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches).
• Solid technical foundation with the ability to bridge business needs and technical implementation.
• Demonstrated success driving results in a matrix-structured organization.
• Professional proficiency in English: reading, writing, and speaking.

Nice to have

• University degree (B.Sc.) in Industrial & Management Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
• Background in online gaming.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, MS Project.
