What you will do

• Lead high-impact technology projects across the full Secure Software Development Lifecycle.
• Drive multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery meets defined scope, timelines, quality, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop a small team of technical project managers.
• Enforce clear accountability across teams and stakeholders, ensuring commitments are met.
• Identify delivery risks early, escalate appropriately, and drive timely resolution.
• Maintain operational rigor through accurate project documentation, transparent status reporting, and reliable delivery metrics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience successfully delivering technical or software-driven projects, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical foundation to engage credibly in technical discussions.
• Deep expertise in modern project management practices, including Agile and hybrid delivery models.
• Hands-on experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Demonstrated success leading and mentoring project managers and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
