What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, select, and negotiate contracts and SLAs with IT vendors.
• Manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and mitigate associated risks to ensure service and product delivery within budget and timelines.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and performance.
• Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their use in projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in IT project management, with strong understanding of methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in vendor management, including selection, negotiation, and performance management.
• Technical proficiency in relevant IT areas such as software development, infrastructure, or systems integration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Nice to have

• PMP or other relevant project management certification.
