Scrum Master

TL;DR

Scrum Master (Agile/Project Management): Guiding 2-3 product and development teams in Scrum and Agile best practices for predictable value delivery, fostering an Agile mindset across the organization. Focus on facilitating ceremonies, coaching teams to be cross-functional and self-managing, and driving continuous improvement in delivery flow and predictability.

Location: Hybrid model in Tirana, Albania. Must be willing and able to travel 1–2 times per year when needed.

What you will do

• Guide 2–3 product and development teams in applying Scrum and Agile best practices.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and coach teams to become cross-functional, self-managing, and autonomous.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs and ensure a strong focus on user value and product outcomes.
• Protect teams from external interruptions and actively remove impediments.
• Drive continuous improvement using feedback loops, metrics, and empirical learning.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and dependency management.

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) with at least 3 years of experience working with teams delivering complex solutions.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experienced in training Scrum Teams and stakeholders in the Scrum framework.
• Excellent coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in workshop facilitation for both virtual and in-person sessions.
• Hands-on strong experience with Jira for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Holds at least a bachelor’s degree.
• Full English proficiency (verbal and written).

Nice to have

• Experience in the Gaming or Sports Betting industry.
• Additional Agile certifications (PSM II, SAFe, etc.).
• Technical background in software development or QA.
• Project Management certification.
