What you will do
- Guide 2–3 product and development teams in applying Scrum and Agile best practices.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and coach teams to become cross-functional, self-managing, and autonomous.
- Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs and ensure a strong focus on user value and product outcomes.
- Protect teams from external interruptions and actively remove impediments.
- Drive continuous improvement using feedback loops, metrics, and empirical learning.
- Facilitate cross-team coordination and dependency management.
Requirements
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) with at least 3 years of experience working with teams delivering complex solutions.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Experienced in training Scrum Teams and stakeholders in the Scrum framework.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in workshop facilitation for both virtual and in-person sessions.
- Hands-on strong experience with Jira for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Holds at least a bachelor’s degree.
- Full English proficiency (verbal and written).
Nice to have
- Experience in the Gaming or Sports Betting industry.
- Additional Agile certifications (PSM II, SAFe, etc.).
- Technical background in software development or QA.
- Project Management certification.
