What you will do
- Execute on the Professional Services go-to-market strategy and drive new opportunities to successful closure.
- Collaborate to develop new go-to-market services offerings.
- Translate customer business requirements and pain points into actionable engagements.
- Partner with regional sales leaders to position and sell services offerings, ensuring customer success.
- Maintain client relationships and manage expectations of service delivery.
- Provide timely business forecasts aligned with hirify.global’s Professional Services financial goals.
- Mentor and guide the Professional Services solutions team on scoping best practices and increasing deal size.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading a pre-sales Professional Services team or regional delivery team in a SaaS company.
- Proven experience transitioning a Professional Services organization from a perpetual license to a SaaS model.
- Proven track record of increasing services pipeline, bookings, and services attach rate.
- Proven experience hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining consultants and managers at a SaaS company.
- Proven experience driving organizational change, behavior, and mindset.
- Strong customer-facing skills and ability to handle escalations.
- Technical background in data, analytics, networking, and software development.
- BS/BA or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred.
