TL;DR

Director, Professional Services Solutions (Security): Leading a global team to scope and drive Professional Services engagements and pipeline with an accent on translating customer business requirements into actionable business engagements and managing client expectations. Focus on developing new go-to-market services offerings and improving processes to ensure successful customer outcomes and achieve bookings targets.

Location: Remote from the United States (various states) or Georgia.

Salary: $200K–$230K base salary, plus bonus or commissions.

What you will do

  • Execute on the Professional Services go-to-market strategy and drive new opportunities to successful closure.
  • Collaborate to develop new go-to-market services offerings.
  • Translate customer business requirements and pain points into actionable engagements.
  • Partner with regional sales leaders to position and sell services offerings, ensuring customer success.
  • Maintain client relationships and manage expectations of service delivery.
  • Provide timely business forecasts aligned with hirify.global’s Professional Services financial goals.
  • Mentor and guide the Professional Services solutions team on scoping best practices and increasing deal size.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading a pre-sales Professional Services team or regional delivery team in a SaaS company.
  • Proven experience transitioning a Professional Services organization from a perpetual license to a SaaS model.
  • Proven track record of increasing services pipeline, bookings, and services attach rate.
  • Proven experience hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining consultants and managers at a SaaS company.
  • Proven experience driving organizational change, behavior, and mindset.
  • Strong customer-facing skills and ability to handle escalations.
  • Technical background in data, analytics, networking, and software development.
  • BS/BA or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred.
