What you will do
- Develop and optimize strategic partner relationships to expand hirify.global’s global reach and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal hirify.global teams to support strategic programs and product releases.
- Drive financial analysis and strategic insights to support global and regional deal negotiations.
- Manage all aspects of partner-related projects, tracking deliverables and milestones.
- Lead ongoing weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with main partners.
Requirements
- 6+ years working in a business development or strategic partnerships role with direct experience within the games industry ecosystem.
- Experience negotiating, structuring, and completing complex legal agreements.
- Proven ability to manage the needs of multiple partners, stakeholders, and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communicator who engages effectively with executives and engineers.
