What you will do

• Ensure solutions function properly, handle incidents, and client requests according to expected service levels.
• Perform monitoring and field interventions on existing installations.
• Design, configure, and commission new solutions (WAN, LAN, Routing, Telephony, CCTV, etc.).
• Assist the project manager during technical study, engineering, and project execution phases.
• Provide technical support to the sales manager.
• Write and maintain reports, documentation, and procedures for internal and external use.

Requirements

• Education: INTTIC (BAC+5) graduation or similar.
• Experience: 2+ years in technical support or service in networking.
• Essential skills: TDM & Packet Switching, TCP/IP, Routing, MPLS, Wireless, proficiency in MS Visio, MS SQL Server, MySQL, and Office.
• Personality: Highly autonomous and team-oriented with strong communication and writing skills.
• Language proficiency: Fluency in French and English.
• Willingness to travel predominantly domestically 30%.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity knowledge.
