What you will do

• Shape LTX Studio, an AI-driven storytelling platform that transforms how video is created.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and fellow Designers from concept to implementation.
• Design intuitive end-to-end product experiences, from user flows and wireframes to prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to make thoughtful, impact-based decisions.
• Take part in user research and usability testing, using insights to refine your work.
• Contribute to the design system and help maintain high visual and interaction quality across the product.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably tools or platforms with strong UX complexity.
• A portfolio showing strong interaction design, product thinking, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
• Proficiency in Figma, with familiarity in design systems and prototyping.
• Experience owning end-to-end design for features or product areas.

Nice to have

• Passion for creative tools, AI, storytelling, or content creation.
• Experience in early-stage products or 0→1 features.
