What you will do

• Conduct deep-dive, quantitative analyses on vehicle and trailer performance to identify improvements and efficiency gains.
• Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations that shape both tactical execution and long-term fleet strategy.
• Design and implement processes for structured data gathering and storage across all fleet data streams.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations (dashboards, reports) that empowers rapid and data-informed decisions.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of fleet improvements.
• Support senior stakeholders in external dialogues by gathering and visualizing case specific analysis.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or similar from a competitive university.
• Proven ability to lead projects with a strong sense of ownership and a "doer" attitude.
• Team player working effectively at all levels with a strong interest in e-mobility, transport, logistics, and supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills with solid work knowledge in SQL and the ability to handle and interpret big data sets.
• Technical proficiency in visualization tools such as PowerBI/Looker Studio, as well as MS-Office and/or G-Suite.
• Fluent in English.
