Location: Remote (US only), candidates must be located in one of the 34 US states where hirify.global hires full-time employees. Physical office in Palo Alto, California.

Salary: $195,000–$251,500 USD (Annual Base Compensation)

What you will do

• Understand customer needs and improve the end-to-end client experience.
• Define and execute an overarching growth strategy for hirify.global's clients (enterprise and non-enterprise).
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers (Client Growth, Enterprise Growth, and Platform Growth).
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and a distributed engineering team to drive high-velocity execution.
• Build strong partnerships across engineering, design, data science, product, and marketing leadership.
