What you will do

• Research, source, and engage top-tier candidates through creative, personalized outreach.
• Conduct prescreen interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Represent the company's brand, vision, and values to candidates.
• Track and use data to continuously improve hiring standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Sourcer, ideally within the game development industry.
• Experience sourcing talent across various disciplines and seniority levels in global markets.
• Strong communication skills and EQ to connect with candidates.
• Ability to act as a strategic partner to recruiters and hiring teams.
• Self-starter mindset and ability to thrive in an autonomous and trusting environment.
• Data-driven approach and ability to use data to measure success and refine strategies.
