The Role
As a Talent Sourcer, you will shape how GoCardless discovers and engages outstanding candidates across multiple regions. You’ll partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to build high-quality pipelines and elevate the candidate experience.
What You’ll Do
— Identify, engage, and activate passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn, and creative sourcing channels
— Explore and develop new sourcing methods to expand and diversify talent pools
— Partner closely with Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
— Build targeted sourcing strategies that prioritise diversity and long-term pipeline development
— Track pipeline activity and share insights with internal stakeholders
— Stay ahead of talent market trends and sourcing best practices
— Experiment with new tools, AI solutions, industry events, and communities to improve sourcing effectiveness
What We’re Looking For
— Previous experience in sourcing, recruitment, HR, or a related function
— Curiosity, proactivity, and a strong desire to grow within Talent Acquisition
— Strong organisational and time-management skills
— Detail-driven, analytical mindset
— Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
— Higher education completed or in progress is a plus
Compensation
€15,200–€22,800 gross annually
