What you will do

  • Develop and execute account strategies and programs to maximize sales and profit for assigned distribution partners.
  • Understand account business strategy, identify opportunities, and tailor hirify.global value propositions.
  • Promote hirify.global’s portfolio to accounts and top-end customers in cooperation with field sales teams.
  • Map formal and informal hierarchies, identify decision makers, and strengthen hirify.global’s position.
  • Create and execute negotiation strategies and tactics throughout the year with Commercial Marketing.
  • Monitor logistics/quality performance, engage stakeholders to resolve issues, and achieve quarterly/yearly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related tech field.
  • 5+ years of Sales/Marketing experience in semiconductor distribution as an Account Manager.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • English speaking and reading proficiency (B2).
  • Proven track record in the distribution business with an established network at headquarters and branches.
  • Must be based in the United States of America.
