What you will do

  • Develop and execute account strategies and programs to maximize sales and profit, driving corrective actions when needed.
  • Understand account business strategy, tailor value propositions, and promote hirify.global’s portfolio with accounts and top-end customers.
  • Engage with focus branches for design ins and orders and strengthen hirify.global’s position by identifying decision makers and developing relationship strategies.
  • Create and execute negotiation strategies and tactics throughout the year in cooperation with Commercial Marketing.
  • Monitor logistics/quality performance and resolve issues, ensuring timely and accurate updates of internal systems and processes.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets and take ownership of relevant KPIs (e.g., POA/POS, EBIT, cash flow, market share).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related tech field.
  • 5+ years Sales/Marketing experience in semiconductor Distribution as an Account Manager.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • English speaking and reading proficiency.
  • Proven track record in Distribution business with an established network at headquarters and branches.
  • Willingness to travel.
