What you will do
- Develop and negotiate long-term agreements with your clients.
- Collaborate closely with retailers to understand their business goals.
- Provide strategic guidance based on data analysis to optimize partner campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for solution expansions and new campaigns.
- Represent the company in negotiations, events, and conferences.
- Regularly assess partner performance and monitor/report on campaign results.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in account management.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Extremely organised, adaptable, and used to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting data to extract insights for building compelling pitches.
