TL;DR

Inside Sales Representative: Serving as the initial contact for potential customers interested in high-speed internet and mobile services, guiding them through inquiries and sign-up with an accent on achieving sales quotas and delivering exceptional customer experience. Focus on educating customers, building rapport, and proactively following up on leads to drive service adoption.

Location: This is a full-time remote position. Candidates must be based in North America and able to work Eastern Time Zone hours.

Salary: $44,000-$48,000 USD (for US residents) or $42,000-$45,000 CAD (for Canadian residents) annually, plus commission.

What you will do

  • Achieve monthly sales goals and performance metrics through effective inbound sales.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience, addressing questions and concerns with a friendly attitude.
  • Promptly answer incoming calls and live chats, providing clear information about products, pricing, and promotions.
  • Assist customers in selecting plans, placing orders, and coordinating installation appointments.
  • Thoroughly update lead status, customer records, and interaction notes in the CRM.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls and/or send emails to sales leads.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or similar customer-facing sales role (telecommunications, retail, or B2B preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets or quotas.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs (e.g., Amazon Connect, HubSpot) and Google Workspace.
  • Must be based in North America and able to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home office workspace.
