TL;DR
Inside Sales Representative (SaaS): Engaging with local businesses across the US and Canada to educate them about 's advertising platform and provide tailored solutions to help them meet their business goals, with an accent on high-volume outbound dialing and pipeline management. Focus on overcoming customer objections, achieving monthly quotas, and consistently staying ahead of daily metrics in a supportive virtual team environment.
Location: Must reside in the Western Region of the United States, including Pacific Time, Mountain Time, and Arizona Time Zones. Not considering candidates in the Bay Area.
Salary: $37k annually base salary, with average year 1 on-target annual compensation around $50k including commission.

What you will do
- Educate, strategize, and discuss advertising programs with business owners through a high volume of outbound calls.
- Manage a pipeline of clients in Salesforce, ranging from dentists to florists to restaurant owners.
- Provide product recommendations to suit client needs, overcome objections, and close deals quickly.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly quotas, tracking and managing daily goals.
- Work from home on a set Monday to Friday schedule.
Requirements
- GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience OR Bachelor’s Degree.
- No fear of the phone and prepared to make a high volume of outbound dials daily.
- General computer and email proficiency (Google Suite), with a work environment free of distractions.
- Open to feedback and able to prioritize tasks and manage independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and US work authorization.
