Inside Sales Representative (Remote - Western Region)

Inside Sales Representative (Remote): Working directly with local businesses to help them meet their goals through hirify.global’s advertising programs with an accent on educating business owners about the value of hirify.global's advertising platform. Focus on hitting and exceeding a monthly quota and handling rejection.

Location: Must reside in the Western Region of the United States, including Pacific Time, Mountain Time, and Arizona Time Zones. Not considering candidates in the Bay Area.

Salary: $37k annually, with average year 1 on target annual compensation around $50k (including base salary and commission).

What you will do

• Educate and strategize with business owners about hirify.global advertising programs through high-volume outbound calls.
• Manage a pipeline of clients in Salesforce, ranging from dentists to florists to restaurant owners.
• Become an expert in hirify.global’s advertising solutions and provide product recommendations quickly.
• Master quick close techniques to exceed individual goals and navigate the sales process.
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly quotas.

Requirements

• GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience OR Bachelor’s Degree.
• No fear of the phone and prepared to make a high volume of outbound dials daily.
• General computer and email proficiency (Google Suite, Macbook laptop provided).
• A work environment free of distractions.
• Must possess current US work authorization.
