Engineering Manager (AI)

Engineering Manager (SaaS/AI): Leading the Track Anything team to fundamentally enhance hirify.global’s flexibility and improve how teams plan work, with an accent on creating powerful, flexible, and smart attributes (Custom Fields, Custom Task Types). Focus on executing the team’s long-term roadmap, fostering an inclusive team culture, and ensuring the team is motivated by their work aligned with high-level business goals.

Location: This role is based in our New York City office (USA) with an office-centric hybrid schedule. In-office presence is required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Salary: $220,000–$280,000 USD

• Manage a team of 6-8 talented engineers.

• Coach engineers in their technical and professional development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, with 2+ years experience managing a technical team.
• Demonstrated ability to grow engineers of various levels.
• Experience with and enthusiasm for working closely with product managers and designers.
• Equipped with the intelligence, empathy, integrity, and technical chops to earn team trust.
• Biased towards action, with an emphasis on shipping early and often.
• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
