Location: Office-centric hybrid in New York City, working in person Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with optional remote work on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Salary: $264,000–$336,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage a team of 6-8 engineers, fostering an inclusive culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, design, user research, and data science.
• Guide the team's roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Coach engineers in their technical and professional development.
• Lead the evolution of the Work Graph to support complex data relationships for a new Databases product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, with 3+ years managing a technical team.
• Demonstrated ability to grow engineers of various levels, including senior and staff level engineers.
• Strong intelligence, empathy, integrity, and technical aptitude.
• Bias towards action, with an emphasis on shipping early and often.
• Must be based in New York City and work from the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
• English: B2 required.
