What you will do
- Provide visionary leadership to scope, resource, and execute developer platform and cloud infrastructure solutions across multiple environments.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop, align, and execute an ambitious strategic roadmap.
- Work as a tactician to unblock, enable, and drive execution and solutioning for diverse challenges.
- Attract top talent and scale your team rapidly while maintaining a high hiring bar and improving diversity.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and peers, developing careers and fostering a de-siloed culture.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a manager in rapidly growing organizations, including at least 1 year as a manager of managers.
- Track record of working across developer platform, cloud infrastructure, site reliability, and application reliability.
- Experience running production workloads in more than one cloud provider.
- Experience managing workloads across containerized solutions, Kubernetes, and CNCF-approved tooling (Argo, Istio, OTel).
- Strong desire to represent hirify.global as a platform building leader in the tech industry.
