TL;DR

Head of Revenue Systems (AI): Defining and executing the strategy for hirify.global's go-to-market revenue systems, encompassing architecture, implementation, and optimization of critical platforms like CRM, CPQ, and marketing automation. Focus on building scalable system architectures, enabling efficient lead-to-cash workflows, and leading a high-performing Revenue Systems team, including design and deployment of AI/LLM-powered agentic workflows.

Location: Fully remote with teams distributed around the globe. While the company is 100% remote, a U.S. base salary range is provided, with salaries determined by location.

Salary: $150,000–$175,000

hirify.global is a pioneering company building the Agentic Data Plane (ADP), a new category in AI infrastructure that connects AI agents with enterprise data and systems, enabling real-time reasoning and action.

What you will do

  • Define and own the end-to-end revenue systems strategy, aligned with company growth, product-led motions, and enterprise expansion.
  • Design scalable system architectures that support multi-product, multi-pricing, and global GTM models.
  • Lead system implementations, migrations, and optimizations from discovery through rollout.
  • Own core revenue systems, including CRM, CPQ, billing, marketing automation, and customer data platforms.
  • Design and deploy AI/LLM-powered agentic workflows for revenue operations and GTM teams.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Revenue Systems / Revenue Operations Systems team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or GTM Systems roles within B2B SaaS.
  • 3+ years in a senior or leadership role owning revenue systems strategy.
  • Deep hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and modern SaaS revenue stacks.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, subscription billing, and revenue recognition concepts.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional system initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in developer-focused, infrastructure, or open-source companies.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth, usage-based pricing, or hybrid monetization models.
  • Experience scaling systems from growth-stage to enterprise-scale organizations.
