What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing, inclusive pre-sales team across the Nordics.

• Collaborate closely with Sales and other teams to identify opportunities and deliver data-driven, value-focused solutions.
• Establish best practices that improve team efficiency, collaboration, and business impact.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and partners, acting as a strategic advisor in their digital transformation journey.
• Represent hirify.global as part of the regional leadership team, contributing to local presence and inclusive culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading or managing technical teams in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS environments.
• A track record of coaching and developing diverse, high-performing teams.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional leaders.
• Professional proficiency in English required.
• Technical background in Data Engineering, Databases, or Data Science (consulting or customer-facing experience preferred).
• Enthusiasm for data, AI, and cloud technologies, and the ability to connect these to real business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of any Nordic language.
