Focus on solving complex integration scenarios and building robust automation patterns without writing code, while supporting cross-functional teams.

Location: Remote (must be based in PST or MST time zones and authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.)

Salary: $140K–150K

What you will do

• Design and develop automation stories in hirify.global, connecting tools together using their APIs.
• Work closely with customers during onboarding, growth, and expansion of platform usage.
• Educate customers on how to get started, refine, and expand their automation use cases.
• Advise customers on best practices in process automation and optimization.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to review customer health and develop success plans.
• Communicate customer needs across the organization to ensure roadmap alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting customers from a technical perspective in software onboarding or implementation.
• Passion for becoming an expert in a software solution like hirify.global.
• Experience reading API documentation and using APIs to connect tools.
• A degree in computer science and/or experience with programming or scripting languages.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Must be based in PST or MST time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise security tools.
• Experience with application deployment using Docker, Fargate, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
• Fluency in Spanish.
