Salary: $66,000–$106,000

What you will do

• Partner with Solution Architects to assess customer source systems and data readiness during post-sale discovery.
• Design detailed source-to-target data mappings aligned with hirify.global’s data models, workflows, and reporting requirements.
• Build, execute, and manage data migrations using ETL tools, scripts, APIs, or database utilities.
• Develop and execute data validation plans, partnering with customers and the migration team to support UAT and go-live.
• Document migration plans, mappings, and transformation logic, contributing to internal migration standards and automation efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in data migration, data engineering, or technical implementation roles within enterprise SaaS environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, relational data modeling, ETL tools, scripting languages (e.g., Python), and API-based data transfers.
• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Experience supporting UAT and go-live activities in complex implementations.
• Must be able to work from the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications (e.g., data engineering, database, cloud, or ETL tools).
• Experience working in regulated industries (legal, financial services, healthcare).
• Experience migrating data for legal case management systems or legal operations platforms.
