📍 Remote, UK

inDrive is scaling globally and strengthening its leadership hiring function — and now the team is looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter to drive Director- and VP-level searches across multiple geographies.

This is a high-impact role partnering directly with the Director of Talent Acquisition and top business leaders.

What you’ll be doing
— Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership roles (Directors, Senior Directors, VPs).
— Support the TA Director with SVP / C-level searches.
— Manage one dedicated Leadership Talent Scout (Sourcer).
— Build long-range talent pipelines for succession planning and high-growth areas.
— Develop specialized search strategies and identify top-tier candidates across global markets.
— Partner with internal stakeholders (HRBPs, CBnB, VP+ hiring managers).
— Coordinate with external search firms and manage the Preferred Supplier List.
— Drive leadership hiring quality, onboarding effectiveness, and reduction of time-to-productivity.
— Ensure an exceptional executive candidate experience and high-quality assessment standards.

— Reduced time-to-fill for leadership roles.
— Improved quality of hire (tenure, probation success).
— Lower reliance on external search firms.
— Faster and smoother onboarding of senior hires.
— Higher hiring capability and consistency among leaders across countries.

What you bring

Experience & Skills
— 10+ years in recruitment, including 3+ years in leadership/executive search.
— Experience hiring across global or multi-regional, high-growth environments.
— Deep sourcing expertise: headhunting, passive talent engagement, market mapping.
— Strong candidate assessment and executive-level interviewing skills.
— Ability to partner directly with VP+ stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
— Fluent English (written & spoken).
