What you will do

• Ensure teams consistently deliver customer value with quality and predictability.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, practices, and mindset.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and maintain a continuous improvement roadmap.
• Partner closely with the Product Owner to align delivery with product goals.
• Educate teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies.
• Proactively identify and remove impediments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR 7 years of equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience with product and project delivery concepts and practices.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent).

Nice to have

• Experience transitioning teams and organizations from Waterfall to Agile.
• Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to coach individuals and teams adopting Agile ways of working.
• Growth mindset with a passion for learning and applying continuous improvement.
