Location: Remote with regular in-person meetings and events across Brazil and Latin America.

What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, law-enforcement agencies, and financial authorities across Brazil and LATAM.
• Represent Crystal in industry associations and public-sector initiatives.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on regulatory developments related to digital assets, cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, and financial services.
• Partner with Sales Executives to create, identify, and develop new pipeline opportunities.
• Advise clients on crypto-regulatory frameworks and policy development, and lead digital-asset risk and regulatory advisory engagements.
• Design and deliver training programs for government agencies and institutions in LATAM.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Brazilian Portuguese, with fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Strong understanding of AML, compliance, and financial-services regulation.
• Experience engaging with regulatory bodies in Brazil is highly preferred; LATAM regional exposure is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with financial institutions such as exchanges, fintechs, payment providers, banks, or institutional crypto firms.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto/blockchain compliance, SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech industries preferred.
