Location: Onsite in Santa Clara, CA. Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. export control laws. Except for U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or protected individuals, all applicants may be subject to an export license review process prior to employment.

Salary: $164,650–$246,700 per annum

What you will do

• Build and execute a strategic analyst relations plan aligned with corporate and business unit objectives.
• Advocate for and educate industry analysts on the company’s strategy and business models.
• Gather insights and counsel from analysts to help refine business strategy, product roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key analysts and market influencers.
• Monitor and advise senior leadership on analyst perceptions of the company and its position.
• Lead the strategy and execution of analyst-facing events and manage inbound analyst requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related area is required.
• 10+ years of B2B analyst relations and communications experience.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong relationships with industry analysts and shaping analyst perception.
• Deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem with experience developing tailored strategies.
• Exceptional project management and leadership skills with a data-driven and analytical mindset.
• Outstanding writing and editing abilities, with a clear, compelling, and strategic communication style.
