Salary: $145,000 - $160,000 USD

What you will do

• Work closely with the Director of Corporate Marketing and executive leadership team to execute strategic corporate communications initiatives and build robust thought leadership campaigns.
• Manage complex communications campaigns, applying structured project management methodologies to drive alignment and visibility across distributed teams.
• Champion the use of AI tools for research, drafting, and sentiment analysis to increase speed-to-market and efficiency.
• Oversee the press release calendar, craft on-brand releases, and keep the hirify.global newsroom up to date.
• Collaborate with agency partners to build a robust media presence tied to thought leadership, product innovation, and third-party validation.
• Analyze platform and third-party data to create new and unique storylines for the media and make recommendations for new tactics to elevate the brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in communications with at least 5 years in the technology industry and familiarity with the SaaS/Cloud sector.
• Demonstrated experience advising C-level executives and strong operational mindset with proficiency in Collaborative Work Management platforms.
• Proven interest in and understanding of the AI landscape and strong experience collaborating with a PR agency partner.
• Ability to manage a press release calendar and develop releases.
• Quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to make decisions and tell a story.

• Strong understanding of the speaking and awards landscape for technology companies/platforms.
• Ability to establish and perform against OKRs, and report results up to leadership team.
• Results-oriented with a solid understanding of how to prioritize and execute against a strategy.
