Location: New York, NY. Hybrid schedule (Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in-office).

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually.

What you will do

• Collaborate on media relations and press strategies to advance company objectives.
• Help maintain the news pipeline, coordinate announcement timing, and track coverage.
• Prepare background and messaging materials for media interviews and speaking engagements.
• Work with internal teams to craft company-wide internal communications.
• Develop and oversee organic content across hirify.global’s social media channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram).
• Support coverage tracking and measurement reports for the communications team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing, PR, or communications capacity.
• Experience working with LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram in a business setting.
• Experience running organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Strong communication skills with a love for writing.
• Ability to independently structure and manage workflow and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
