Salary: $167,500 – $247,860 per annum

What you will do

• Design highly sophisticated CMOS transceiver/SERDES products.
• Perform architectural investigations and implement circuits like PLL, DLL, ADC, regulators, amplifiers, TX, RX, CDRs.
• Conduct design verification using industry-standard CAD tools (SPICE, Spectre, MATLAB).
• Carry out layout activities in nanometric technologies and supervise physical design.
• Work independently or with test engineers to characterize, debug, and validate designs in the lab.
• Generate design documents and application specifications, supporting customers and FAEs as needed.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS technologies.
• Hands-on experience in designing mixed-signal circuits (ADCs, DACs, RX, TX, PLLs, Filters, Bandgap bias, regulators).
• Knowledge and experience in low power and high-speed design techniques.
• Strong knowledge of IC design CAD tools (Spectre, Spice, Matlab, Hsim, Verilog).
• Lab testing skills to evaluate prototype units to design specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with 10-15 years of experience, OR Master's/PhD with 5-10 years of experience.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
