What you will do

• Define and execute Engineering IT strategy and roadmap for EDA/HPC, hybrid/multi-cloud, developer platforms, and GenAI.
• Deliver and optimize a world-class hybrid cloud environment, ensuring performance, resiliency, security, and cost efficiency.
• Advance CI/CD, SDLC tooling, reliability, and DevSecOps/automation across the engineering stack.
• Lead strategic transformations including EDA-at-scale, multi-cloud adoption, and AI/GenAI workflows.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing, collaborative organization.
• Manage financials, vendor contracts, and ensure security by design with robust controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in engineering infrastructure operations with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven expertise in engineering infrastructure and applications, including HPC and Cloud services.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive innovation and digital transformation.
• Strong strategic planning, project management, budgeting, and relationship management skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks.
