What you will do

• Lead multiple engineering teams to build scalable, high-quality SaaS products and solutions.
• Drive execution with structured project management, ensuring clear strategies and timely delivery.
• Optimize engineering processes, streamline development workflows, and release cycles.
• Coach and mentor engineers and managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, and Business teams to align technical strategy with company goals.
• Ensure security best practices and regulatory compliance in all development efforts.

Requirements

• BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience leading and scaling high-performing engineering teams in a SaaS environment.
• Strong technical background in software development, cloud platforms, and scalable architectures.
• Familiarity with common access control methods (RBAC, ABAC) and modern identity standards (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, MFA, JWT).
• Proven ability to manage software projects, aligning technical execution with business priorities, and experience with Agile methodologies.
