What you will do

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for customers on DSP software and optical module/AEC firmware.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and design proposals to achieve design wins.
• Assist with system validation, troubleshooting, firmware updates, and customer training.
• Align customer design requirements with company technologies and develop solutions.
• Identify and track new design opportunities, guiding customers through their development and integration process.
• Offer **onsite and remote support** for real-time customer issues involving software, firmware, and hardware.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 1–8 years or Bachelor’s degree with 3–10 years of Optical module R&D experience in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, or Software Engineering.
• Solid understanding of DSP algorithms, embedded systems, and firmware architecture.
• Proficiency in **C programming**.
• Hands-on experience in optical module firmware, module debug/control software design/hardware design or telecommunication/data communication.
• Familiarity with debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and software version control systems.
• **Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (written and verbal)**.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Python for automation and testing.
