Salary: $141,900–$210,010 per annum

What you will do

• Design highly sophisticated CMOS transceiver/SERDES products.
• Implement and verify analog and mixed-signal circuits (e.g., PLL, DLL, ADC, regulators, amplifiers, TX, RX, CDRs).
• Perform design verification using industry-standard tools like Spectre and MATLAB.
• Apply innovative solutions to resolve complex issues in deep sub-micron CMOS technologies.
• Evaluate prototype units to design specifications through lab testing.

Requirements

• MS in Electrical Engineering with 6+ years or PhD with 3+ years of related experience.
• Hands-on experience in designing mixed-signal circuits including ADCs, DACs, RX, TX, PLLs, Filters, Bandgap bias circuits, and regulators.
• Strong knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS technologies.
• Experience with low power and high-speed design techniques.
• Proficiency with IC design CAD tools such as Spectre, Spice, Matlab, Hsim, and Verilog.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. laws.
