TL;DR

Hardware Validation Engineer (Test Solutions): Validating custom semiconductor products and developing test requirements for hirify.global devices with an accent on analyzing test data and supporting lab evaluations. Focus on resolving circuit-level issues and contributing to the yield, performance, and reliability of custom silicon products.

Location: Onsite in Burlington, VT, USA. Applicants must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws and may be subject to an export license review prior to employment.

Salary: $88,100–$130,430 per annum

What you will do

  • Analyze test data from silicon devices to identify trends and anomalies.
  • Develop basic scripts and tools using Python, Perl, and R to support data analysis and test automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create test plans and perform analysis to validate product yield, performance, and reliability.
  • Document findings and contribute to team discussions on issue resolution.

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 0-2 years of previous experience in semiconductor development and/or product characterization.
  • Understanding of semiconductor devices, circuit behavior, and test methodologies.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or R in a Linux environment.
