What you will do
- Support, manage, and maintain defined Workfront processes and compliance logs for weekly reporting.
- Schedule team meetings/workshops, take and distribute notes.
- Support resource management tasks across the portfolio as directed.
- Create and maintain clear and concise documentation of processes using tools like SharePoint and Teams.
- Document workflow process and compliance requirements, including escalation, mitigation, and corrective plans.
- Support operations best practices, workflow processes, and various business-as-usual tasks.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail and quality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong task and time management skills.
- Demonstrated drive, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient use of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams messaging.
Nice to have
- Experience with workflow management tools and tracking tools (e.g., Workfront, Smartsheet, JIRA or equivalent).
