What you will do
- Own and optimize sales onboarding for Account Executives, ensuring structured ramp-up.
- Drive ongoing excellence by developing and delivering training programs on sales methodologies, features, and process updates.
- Facilitate blended learning through self-paced modules, virtual sessions, and hands-on workshops.
- Assess and coach by conducting skills gap analyses, evaluating training effectiveness, and facilitating coaching sessions.
- Develop core resources like Sales Playbooks, LMS content, and multimedia materials in partnership with Marketing and Product.
- Maximize adoption and proficiency of sales technology stack, including Hubspot, Salesloft, and Gong.
Requirements
- 3+ years in sales enablement, sales, or client success roles, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies to develop effective training programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Eagerness to discover and learn new technologies and methods for sales team enablement.
