What you will do
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and facilitate introductions to relevant teams.

- Master the product platform to address user inquiries and understand its full potential.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure goal alignment and minimize task overlap.
- Identify use cases not achieving value and develop plans to increase customer ROI.
- Facilitate customer training and conduct meetings to demonstrate positive business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in customer success, strategic account management, or B2B technology sales environment.
- Direct customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales support or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Salesloft.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand the Omni-channel platform.
- Must be able to meet with customers onsite as required.
- Strong understanding of customer expectations and service agreement terms.
