MSP Partner Account Manager (Software)

Partner Account Manager (Recruitment): Driving sales growth through MSP partners within an assigned territory with an accent on partner recruitment, enablement, and ongoing partner management. Focus on facilitating co-selling into end-customer organizations and meeting sales targets through indirect revenue.

What you will do
- Own and drive sales within a Managed Service Provider sales territory to meet a unique quota.
- Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective MSP partners.
- Develop partners' capabilities to facilitate the sell-through of solutions.
- Coordinate personnel (support, service, management) to meet partner performance objectives.
- Drive joint pipeline generation with partners to achieve pipeline and revenue goals.
- Process partner orders and facilitate partner success by understanding partner usage and consumption.
Requirements
- Previous experience in driving channel sales and managing partners from an inside sales perspective, ideally within data security and/or cloud storage.
- 5+ years’ experience building and managing partnerships with strong existing partner relationships.
- Demonstrated progressive experience with B2B sales.
- Highly organized with strong operational competence to understand systems.
- Ability to listen, make recommendations, and influence partner executives.
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners and teams.
