What you will do

• Define and drive enterprise-wide product strategy for Lease Lifecycle Management, aligning with global accounting standards (ASC 842, IFRS 16).
• Lead development of scalable lease management platforms that integrate with major ERP and EPM systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Workday).
• Own and optimize the complete business performance of the Lease Lifecycle Management portfolio to accelerate commercial growth.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure premium positioning and value articulation of Lease Management products.
• Drive delivery of complex market and enterprise customer requirements, including strategic definition and technical trade-offs.
• Serve as a recognized thought leader for enterprise lease management software in industry forums.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in enterprise lease management software, lease accounting processes, and global lease compliance requirements (ASC 842, IFRS 16).
• 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software Product Management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles focused on lease management or financial compliance solutions.
• Proven ability to bridge complex technical and business requirements and drive measurable enterprise business value.
• Strong understanding of modern data analytics, business intelligence, and real-time reporting in lease portfolio management.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, including presenting to boards and C-suite.
• Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field.
