What you will do
- Develop and implement sales operations strategies to achieve company growth goals.
- Lead annual sales planning, including territory development, goal setting, sales compensation, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Optimize the Go-To-Market tech stack (Salesforce, Clari, Salesloft) and leverage AI tools for increased sales efficiency.
- Deliver accurate, actionable sales performance insights through dashboards and reports for various stakeholders, including board-level metrics.
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in the sales process, driving discipline and accuracy in forecasting and funnel management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with pricing, legal, and sales leadership to manage and automate contractual processes.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or related roles.
- 2–5 years of management experience.
- Experience in the SaaS industry.
- Expertise in Salesforce, covering data model design, reporting, and analytics.
- Proficiency in Clari, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and analytical skills with a focus on actionable insights.
