TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive: Driving revenue expansion, customer success, and long-term partnerships within assigned accounts, with an accent on full sales cycle management, strategic selling to C-suite, and developing growth strategies. Location: Hybrid work model, requiring on-site work at our Dublin, Ireland office on Wednesday and Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close.
  • Build trust-based relationships with senior-level sales professionals.
  • Identify and understand the customer’s strategy and related capability and skills requirements.
  • Educate customers on hirify.global’s value and provide recommendations based on their business needs.
  • Develop and set a strategy aligned to goals for hirify.global’s growth within existing businesses and building new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of related or equivalent experience; or 6+ years with an advanced degree.
  • Expertise in Solution-Selling, Customer-centric Selling, Strategic Selling, or Value Selling.
  • Proven successful track record selling to C-Suite personas and managing a pipeline to close Enterprise contracts.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proven strategic negotiation and closing skills with a successful track record of navigating stakeholders within large complex organizations.
  • Ability to work hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (Wednesday and Thursday onsite).

Nice to have

  • Preferable experience selling in a SaaS organization, ideally with multi-year SaaS contracts into the C-Suite.
