Location: This role is based in hirify.global's NYC hub and requires in office presence at least 1 - 2x a week. Candidates must live within commutable distance or be willing to move at their expense to meet this requirement.

Salary: $193,970—$228,200 USD

What you will do

• Conduct market research, synthesize findings, and propose recommendations that shape company and product strategy.
• Lead and drive the execution of mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments.
• Source opportunities, conduct market landscapes, perform financial analysis, and coordinate due diligence.
• Develop perspectives on key competitors, relative strengths and weaknesses, and implications for hirify.global.
• Partner with senior team members to cultivate cross-functional relationships and assist in implementing high priority strategic initiatives.
• Build strong connections with industry players, startups, and investors.

Requirements

• Minimum 7-10+ years experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, strategic finance or private equity.
• Experience owning a full deal cycle from evaluating opportunities to negotiating deals to close.
• Excellent analytic, problem-solving, and communication skills with intellectual curiosity for crypto.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional senior executives in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience managing a team, providing day-to-day oversight, mentorship, and career development.
• Must be based in hirify.global's NYC hub and require in office presence at least 1 - 2x a week.

Nice to have

• Moderate aptitude in crypto/web3 knowledge.
• Experience in trading and complex financial products (futures, perps, options, margin, prediction markets).
