Location: This role is Hybrid in NYC (Tuesdays & Thursdays in-office) or Remote from the San Francisco Bay Area or Remote from the Greater Toronto Area.

What you will do

• Develop, release, and run large-scale web and mobile applications for beauty and wellness businesses.
• Build new AI features to transform how customers operate and grow their businesses.
• Develop and define microservice-based infrastructure.
• Build tools and solutions for internal teams to improve efficiency and value.
• Work on core experiences such as friction-free payments and tools to increase customer earnings.
• Focus on front-end development, crafting intuitive user experiences for web and mobile.
• Improve performance, reliability, scalability, and security for backend systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in software development.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong desire to move fast and have a significant impact.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to take ownership and contribute new ideas.
• Ability to analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of system resources.
• Strong collaboration skills and team spirit.
