Customer Success Manager - Elite (Licensing): Leading customer retention and engagement within the licensing business across North America, developing strong relationships and acting as a trusted partner. Focus on consultative client engagement, identifying opportunities, and driving product adoption and consumption to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Location: This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence three days a week in Lincoln, NE, or within commuting distance of our offices in Lincoln or Omaha, NE.
Salary: Base Salary Range $42,000 - $72,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead customer retention and engagement for the licensing business in North America (Canada, USA).
- Develop strong customer relationships and become a trusted partner by maximizing their journey with .
- Work in a consultative manner to understand client needs, educate them, and carry out engagement and commercial activities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets by running meetings, identifying opportunities, and driving adoption and consumption.
Requirements
- Three or more years of proven sales experience.
- Experience using a CRM like Salesforce and a disciplined approach to engaging partners.
- Ability to establish relationships, understand client goals, and sell suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in handling a high volume of clients.
- Strong background and understanding of soccer, through playing, coaching, or prior work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical details of products.

- Knowledge of SaaS industry best practices in the CSM function.
- A degree is preferred.
