What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance renewal rates and revenue retention.
• Manage segmented cadence for effective renewal forecast and projection.
• Coordinate streamlined processes for annual contract renewals, aiming to increase revenue retention and expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Sales Operations, and Finance teams on account renewals.
• Achieve success with at-risk customer renewals and drive revenue expansion.
• Facilitate effective communication for all account inquiries from customers to appropriate company resources.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success managing client relationships.
• Demonstrated understanding of revenue principles and revenue forecasting.
• Highly data-driven mindset and passion for analytics.
• Excellent communication skills (writing, listening, phone, documentation).
• A team player capable of high performance and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
