What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders on organizational design, talent, and leadership development.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of People Leaders, promoting continuous learning.
• Partner to implement talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies, championing diversity and inclusion.
• Drive organizational change initiatives, implementing solutions to impact culture and behavior.
• Provide guidance on complex UK employee relations issues, ensuring compliance and promoting a positive work environment.
• Partner with the Operations lead on People operations, data analytics, and reporting.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading people functions in large, complex organizations (ideally Technology, Media, or Advertising).
• Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on people-related matters.
• Demonstrated commitment to ensuring people data accuracy and reliability.
• Advanced skills in leveraging people data for insights and strategic decision-making.
• Exposure to how AI can be leveraged in HR.
• Exceptional ability to navigate and influence diverse stakeholders and excellent communication skills.
