What you will do

Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management, with significant experience leading teams in large Enterprise/Global space across EMEA.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS ecosystem, particularly in areas like Cloud, AI, or Software Development.
- Proficiency in consultative frameworks and operational tools like Salesforce/Gainsight.
- Hybrid Work Model: Applicants located within 50 km of our Dublin office should expect to work on-site Wednesday and Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.
