What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of partners, overseeing their ramp, performance, and long-term success.
• Assist in active implementations, organize internal training, and monitor implementation progress.
• Run the consultant's certification program, including training, assessment, and certification.
• Act as the main point of contact for new partner qualification and initial training.
• Support the Partner Excellence Program with operational tasks, process improvements, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Partner Account Managers to align sales strategy and partner work quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, and implementation.
• Leading experience in managing EPM or related implementations, ideally with a team of partners.
• Strong technical background (ideally EPM) or related products.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
