Engagement Manager - Strategic Accounts (Legal Tech/AI): Ensuring major, high-value clients receive excellent service and continued value from hirify.global's AI-native legal tech platform with an accent on understanding client goals, uncovering new use cases, and driving adoption. Focus on fostering thriving client partnerships, translating feedback into actionable insights, and building the strategic accounts engagement playbook.

Location: This is an onsite role requiring attendance in the office 5 days a week. Onsite client time in the UK and abroad is also required.

What you will do

  • Act as a key point of contact and strategic advisor, understanding client goals and helping them realize maximum value.
  • Engage directly with end-users on client sites to discuss hirify.global use and potential new cases.
  • Assist in pinpointing expansion opportunities and spearheading adoption initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Engagement Associate to monitor customer health metrics and develop strategies to address usage changes.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate client feedback into actionable insights.
  • Help build and refine the Engagement Strategic Accounts playbook.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Customer Success, Account Management, or related experience in B2B SaaS or Legal Tech.
  • Track record of driving customer retention and satisfaction within the Enterprise space.
  • Highly organised to manage complex clients with competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills for high-level legal professionals and hands-on teams.
  • High EQ and commercial instinct to know when to listen, advise, and act.
  • A love for fast-paced, early-stage environments where you help build the playbook.
  • Comfortable with data-driven metrics, customer health, and outcomes.
  • Ability to work in the office 5 days a week and conduct onsite client time in the UK and abroad.

Nice to have

  • Some degree of legal experience.
  • System skills: hirify.global, HEX, Planhat, Pitch.
