Engagement Manager (Legal Tech/AI)

Engagement Manager (Fintech): Ensuring major law firms, management consultancies, and financial services clients receive consistently high service and find ongoing value in hirify.global with an accent on understanding client goals and identifying new use cases. Focus on collaborating with internal teams to translate client feedback and refine engagement strategies to sustain momentum and drive adoption.

Location: Must be in the office 5 days a week in London, United Kingdom and available for onsite client time in the UK and abroad.

What you will do

• Act as a key point of contact and strategic advisor, understanding client goals and uncovering new use cases.
• Discuss hirify.global use with end users and potential new use cases, spending time on client sites independently.
• Assist in pinpointing expansion opportunities and spearhead adoption initiatives.
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively develop strategies to address any decline in usage.
• Collaborate with Customer Enablement, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate client feedback.
• Help build and refine the Engagement Strategic Accounts playbook.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience within Customer Success, Account Management, or related experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment or within the Legal Tech space.
• Demonstrable experience working within a Management / Strategy Consulting environment.
• A track record of driving customer retention and satisfaction within the Enterprise space.
• Highly organised with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High EQ and commercial instinct.
• Must be in the office 5 days a week. Collaborative work is core to how we operate and onsite client time is required (in the UK and abroad).
